Cancellation & Refund Policy

All requests for refund must be in writing before 1200h on 10 January 2008. Any request for refund submitted prior to this date will receive a 50% refund of their original entry fee. No refunds will be issued if received after 1201h on 10 January 2008. No entry fees will be refunded if the race is cancelled after 1201h on Wednesday, 10 January 2007. The race organisers reserve the right to cancel the race in circumstances such as fire, storm, rain, inclement weather, wind, forest closure, or any other circumstances.
